When you fill it (or want to change direction), swap in a different role and we start again. Use it for a Sales Manager this month, a Finance Analyst next month, whatever you need.

How many roles you can run at once, nothing else. Every plan gets the identical service on every slot. Growth is £699/mo for one live slot, and slots stack at £699 if you need a second. Scale is £1,499/mo for 3 live slots, less than the £2,097 those slots cost separately. Enterprise is fully customisable: as many slots as your hiring needs, priced on volume, with a named account manager and priority support.

Yes. Whichever plan you’re looking at, your first shortlist is on us: one complete permanent or fixed-term role, five interview-ready candidates in 24 hours, no card required. If you hire from it, you pay nothing: there is no placement fee on any plan. The free role covers permanent and fixed-term hiring only.

Plans run for 12 months and are invoiced monthly. Your rate is set when you subscribe and doesn’t change during the term. All prices exclude VAT.

Within 24 hours, you’ll receive your best 5 candidates: the strongest matches for your role from applications and our database. They are highlighted with detailed match summaries and CVs. You can also review the other match candidates if you wish.

Tell us what’s missing and we’ll put it right. On any plan you can re-run the search or swap in a different role whenever you want, at no extra cost. We want you to see the quality of what Via delivers.

Yes. On Growth, slots stack at £699/mo each, so two live roles is £1,398. Once you need three, Scale is £1,499/mo, cheaper than three slots bought one at a time. Scale comes with 3 slots as standard and stops there. If you need a fourth, give us a call. Depending on how much hiring you’re running we’ll either move you onto Enterprise or price the extra slot for you. Either way you won’t pay list price for it.

Yes, whenever you want. Your slot holds one active role, but you can swap it out for any other role at any time. Filled your finance manager role? Drop in your sales executive role and we start working on it straight away. No extra charge, no waiting.

We specialise in business support functions: finance, sales, HR, operations, marketing, customer success, IT, admin, procurement, and in-house legal. If you’re unsure whether we cover your role, ask us and we’ll be straight with you.

Agencies charge 15–30% of salary and you only pay on hire. Via charges a flat monthly fee regardless of salary, and you get more candidates, faster. For a £45,000 role, an agency costs £6,750–£13,500. A Via slot costs £699/month, and if you fill it in month one, that’s your total cost.
