While matching on Via will always remain free, Career Navigator includes advanced AI tools and professionally developed career resources that have ongoing costs to provide and maintain. Rather than increasing costs for every candidate, we’ve chosen to keep the matching platform free and make Career Navigator an optional add-on for those who feel they’ll benefit from it. For our Career Navigator pricing model, your monthly cost decreases the longer you remain subscribed to this add-on.

No. Employers cannot see whether you’ve used Career Navigator. Your profile is matched based on your skills, experience and suitability for the role - not whether you’ve purchased any optional services.

Yes, any time. There’s no contract and no minimum term — you can manage or cancel your subscription from your Via account whenever you like, and your free profile and matches carry on as normal.
