1.1 The promoter is Via Match Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16530334, whose registered office is at 3 Copthall Avenue, London, EC2R 7BH (“Via Match”, “we”, “us”).

2.1 The prize draw is open to businesses registered in the United Kingdom that have a UK business address (“Entrants”).
2.2 The person entering on behalf of a business must be 18 or over and authorised to act for that business. The entry is made by the business, not by the individual.
2.3 Employees, directors and contractors of Via Match, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw may not enter.
2.4 Each Entrant is responsible for checking that its own policies (for example, on gifts or hospitality) allow it to enter and accept the prize.
3.1 The prize draw opens at [00:01] on 20/10/2026 and closes at 12pm on 10/11/2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.
3.2 To enter, an Entrant must create an account on the Via platform at viamatch.ai and post at least one role during the Promotion Period. An entry is made when the role is posted.
3.3 No purchase, hire, subscription or payment is needed to enter or to win.
3.4 Each business may enter once, however many roles it posts or accounts it holds. Group companies under common ownership count as separate businesses only if each posts its own role through its own account.
3.5 We may reject or disqualify entries that are incomplete, made through fake or duplicate accounts, made by automated means, or otherwise in breach of these terms. We may also reject roles that do not comply with our Subscription Terms.
4.1 There is one prize of 1,000 muffins, delivered as 20 muffins a week for 50 weeks to one business address in the United Kingdom nominated by the winner (the “Prize”).
4.2 Deliveries will begin within 28 days of the winner confirming acceptance and a delivery address. They will take place on a weekday we agree with the winner. Where a delivery falls on a public holiday or a day the winner’s office is closed, we will rearrange it within the same or the following week where reasonably possible.
4.3 The winner may pause deliveries for up to 4 weeks in total during the Prize period, or change the delivery address to another UK business address, by giving us at least 7 days’ notice in writing.
4.4 If the winner ceases trading, cannot accept deliveries, or does not respond to delivery arrangements for 4 consecutive weeks, any remaining deliveries will lapse and no alternative will be provided.
4.5 Muffins will be supplied by a third-party supplier. Allergen information will be provided with each delivery or on request. Gluten-free and vegan alternatives can be requested, subject to availability. The winner is responsible for checking the suitability of the muffins for anyone who eats them. We accept no liability for allergic reactions where allergen information has been provided.
4.6 The Prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative, and the Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold.
4.7 If the Prize, or any part of it, becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5.1 One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 10/11/2026. The draw will be carried out by Via Match Ltd at our Head Office.
5.2 We will contact the winner using the email address linked to its Via account within 7 days of the draw. The winner must reply within 14 days to accept the Prize and confirm a delivery address.
5.3 If the winner does not reply within that time, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, the winner forfeits the Prize. We may then draw an alternative winner under the same process.
5.4 Our decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final, though we will deal with any complaint fairly.
6.1 We will make the name and county of the winning business available to anyone who writes to us within one month of the closing date.
6.2 We may ask the winner to take part in publicity, such as a photo or a short quote. Taking part is optional and is not a condition of receiving the Prize.
6.3 The winner may object to its name being published. If it does, we may still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another regulator if asked.
7.1 We will use Entrants’ personal data to run the prize draw, contact the winner and deliver the Prize. We may share the winner’s delivery details with our muffin supplier for that purpose only.
7.2 Entering the prize draw does not sign you up to any marketing beyond what you have already agreed to when creating your Via account. You can unsubscribe from our marketing at any time.

8.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
8.2 Subject to clause 8.1, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from entering the prize draw or from accepting or using the Prize, except where caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence.
8.3 We are not responsible for entries that are not received because of technical failures, including problems with the Via platform, internet connections or email systems.
9.1 We may cancel, suspend or change the prize draw, or these terms, if circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary. We will try to minimise any effect on Entrants and will publish any changes.
9.2 Use of the Via platform, including posting roles, receiving shortlists and any hire made through Via, is governed by the Via Match Subscription Terms and Conditions at https://viamatch.ai/privacy-policy. A placement fee is payable under those terms if an Entrant engages a candidate introduced through Via. This applies whether or not the Entrant wins the Prize.
9.3 By entering, Entrants agree to these terms.
9.4 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
